ChannelReply users can send attachments to Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Back Market customers. However, they must pass the requirements below. Your helpdesk may also have restrictions on the size of attachments allowed (which may vary depending on your plan).
ChannelReply can deliver pictures up to 15,000 pixels wide or tall. Anything with a greater pixel count on any side cannot be delivered at this time.
ChannelReply users can send one or more attachments to an Amazon buyer. You can also receive attachments from buyers. The maximum attachment size is 8 MB, but we automatically compress image files over 8 MB when possible to enable delivery.
The following document formats are supported:
Amazon may remove any attachment that contains inappropriate content.
ChannelReply supports delivery of all attachments permitted by eBay. Attachments must meet the following requirements:
eBay recommends an image resolution of 1600 pixels on the longest side.
If your attachment is rejected by eBay, we will let you know with a private note on the affected ticket.
ChannelReply can deliver all attachments permitted by your Shopify customer's email client. For example, you can see Gmail's receiving limits here. Beyond this, only the limitations described under "All Attachments" above apply.
Back Market has no documented limits for attachments. In our tests, Back Market attachments of all kinds have been successful, including images, PDFs, Word files, and .txt files.
